Cost Share Program for Conservation Practices The Taylor and Price County Land Conservation Committees and Departments announce that cost-share assistance will be available in 2005 for natural resource conservation and protection efforts throughout the County. Cost-share funds are provided by the Wis. Dept of Ag., Trade and Consumer Protection for implementation of the Taylor County Land and Water Resource Managment Plan. Additional assistance for land and water conservation and protection may be available through other programs. Contact the Taylor County Land Conservation or the Price County Land Conservation Departments for more information on the cost-share programs and how they work. TREE SALES The Taylor County Land Conservation Department is holding it’s annual tree sales. Order early because quantities are limited. Save 10% if you order by January 15, 2005. Many trees and bushes are available, so please contact the Land Conservation Department to order the trees. |
