IIncreased Income Limits

Effective June 1, 2001, income limits for Rural Development programs have been increased.

Income limits for the direct program can be accessed at:http://rdinit.usda.gov/regs.hblist.html and click on Direct and Grant Income Limits.

Income limits for the guaranteed program can be accessed at: rdinit.usda.gov/regs/regs_toc.html#1980 and click on Guaranteed Loan Limits.

There is still sufficient funding for most programs, however, funding is being limited for some programs.  If you are interested in constructing, purchasing and/or repairing a home, contact our office at 715-748-4121, ext 4.

FUNDING STATUS

The State of Wisconsin currently has funding available for both the

Direct and Guaranteed 502 program and the 504 loan program.

At present, there is a waiting list for funding for the 504 grant program.

Updates to funding status will be posted, as received.
