Mission Statement

Enhance the ability of rural communites to develop, to grow, and to improve thier quality of life by targeting financial and technical resources in areas of greatest need through activities of greatest potential.

Rural Development

Provides loans in rural areas to very low, low, and moderate income households to finance home and building sites.  Rural areas include open country and places with populations of 10,000 or less.  Loans may be made for up to 100% of the Rural Development appraised value of the home.
