Students should be able to: Import and create images, Modify images (transparency, crop, do special effects, make animated gifs, rollovers and thumbnails) and Save in the best possible format.
Students should realize that one (1) web page should be less than 60K which equals about 30 seconds of download time.
Students should know that the usual browser screen is 640 X 480 pixels.
